Yes, it is absolutely possible in Odoo v15 to import bank statements via CSV/Excel even without an automatic bank connection.

Generally, the minimum required fields are:

• Date
• Label / Description
• Amount
  (and optionally Reference, Partner, Balance depending on your configuration)

The most important part is properly formatting the CSV file so Odoo can correctly recognize each bank statement line.

Since Odoo does not always provide an export template from the bank statement screen, it is often necessary to create a custom CSV template adapted to your bank format to simplify the monthly import process.
