CMR - Lead - Oportunidades

Buenos días. Solicito ayuda.
Tengo 4 equipos de ventas y no logro hacer:
- cuando entra un mail que ese nuevo mail genere un lead en el equipo de venta que yo determine.
- Quiero desactivar y que no me una los lead (merge opportunity)
- dentro de ese equipo venta, necesito que cada oportunidad llega a un vendedor distinto por vez.

De alguna manera puedo incorporar más de un dominio? Recibo mails desde distintos dominio y cada mail genera una iniciativa en un grupo de ventas distinto.

En relación a la pregunta de desactivar la fusión de oportunidades, es que no quiero que me una las oportunidades cuando encuntra el mismo mail. Actualmente eso lo hace en forma automática y esto hace que la oportunidad no ingrese al grupo de ventas correcto. Por ejemplo, hoy preguntaron por una carrera con un mail y mañana preguntaron por un diplomado con el mismo mail. La segunda oportunidad la une a la primera y no lo debería hacer porque son equipos de venta distintos.

Yes, you can generate a new lead from incoming email for the desired sales team. Each team has it's own Email alias
CRM > Configuration > Sales Team and then edit the team to provide "Email Alias"

Also, you might be able provide domain if you enable the "Rule-Based Assignment" option CRM > Configuration >Settings

Not sure I understand your need to deactivate merge opportunity option. Depending on your business need you could deactivate "Leads" and directly create opportunities from emails

Hi Juan,

By domain do you mean to receive emails from e.g info@mycompany.com and info@yourcompany.com etc? You can do that by configuring multiple Incoming Mail Servers (Settings>Technical>Incoming Mail Servers - you would require to enable developer mode to view this menu)

While configuring each Incoming Mail Server, you can provide the action to perform - Create a New Record in 'Lead/ Opportunity'

While converting Lead to Opportunity ('Convert to Opportunity' button on a lead or multiple leads from list view), there is option to either convert to opportunity or Merge with existing opportunities which need to be selected manually, not clear how you have this automated

Do you have the 'Leads' option enabled? (CRM >Configuration> Settings : checkbox)
If you don't have this qualifying step then each email would automatically create individual opportunities and the merge option wouldn't be applied
