Are you talking about a formview, treeview, QWeb report, ...? Add some more information on your question please :)

Hi Vanesh. Thanks for your reply. It's a Qwebview I THINK. The users must be able to choose between the default template when sending a quote from the email window (currently there is sales and sales portal) and a new one I am trying to create. I can create a new template and a new report but I can't create a bew Qwebview. When I try it disappears as soon as I click save, so the new report I create for the new template is identical to the original sale.order view. If I change it to display the fields differently then so do all the other templates look the same when sending
