problem in creating restriction rules to new users

Question

Hi ! i´m new in ODOO.
i having some problems in creating restrictions for new user. I know how can i create a new user, but i don´t know how to fill groups tabs like: inherited / menus / visions / access permissions / registration rules.
Can you help me ?
