We are using Odoo Online (Odoo.com environment) and are running into a major operational issue with pick ticket sorting.
In our instance of Odoo 18, we are unable to control or define the sort logic of the printed pick ticket. The system does not allow sorting by product name, SKU, bin location, or any warehouse-friendly logic. As a result, our pick tickets print in an order that does not make practical sense for warehouse flow, making picking chaotic and unnecessarily time-consuming.
We have:
Implemented a bin location system — this only added the bin to the printout but did not change line order.
Attempted to modify the pick ticket report — this is not permitted in the .com (SaaS) environment.
Opened a support ticket with Odoo — we were told this functionality does not exist, with no suggested workaround.
