Hello,
I want to create a user who can only see the projects and tasks specifically related to that user only. On menu section no other menus will show.

Hi,
You can create a user and assign him user role in Project app, if there is some extra menus is visible for the project user, you can use this third party app to hide the extra menus: https://apps.odoo.com/apps/modules/15.0/hide_menu_user/
