HELLO I can't print receipt from 3 month and older in pos app can some help
I need to print receipt for customer that need the receipt for warranty repair

Hello esam,
Why can't you print it ? Do you have an error message ?
no message it just shows nothing when I click print receipt, just the background image , blank
just the old receipt that 3 month and older can't be printed
