Does anyone have any experience with the Amazon Connector and Amazon (FBA) returns? We are relatively new to Odoo and the connector is working fine for sale orders. However, I'm not seeing any returns populating. Is that something that needs to be done manually on a regular basis?

Hi, you're right — the native Amazon connector doesn't pull FBA returns, so they stay manual. You need a connector that polls Amazon's SP-API returns report (GET_FBA_FULFILLMENT_CUSTOMER_RETURNS_DATA) and creates the records in Odoo. My Amazon connector does this returns sync (plus FBA/FBM orders, stock, settlements). Happy to send a free copy to test — which Odoo version? An honest review would really help.
