We have been working for more than a year on a module for Odoo POS and PayPlaza (cloud payment processor) where the ECR terminal is certified to work with our custom module. Enabling a payment solution without the need of a fixed IP address. All we need is an internet connection and the Odoo POS app installed. Complete log and receipt management for reverse transactions. Ease of expanding the system. 

Within the POS module you can select the payment terminal or transfer the transaction to another terminal in the local network. There is a wide range of payment types supported depending on the region where your solution will have to work. Odoo versions supported are Odoo 10, 11, 12 and 13 both Community and Enterprise.
