Project Overview

Technova partnered with Alkhatib Interior Design to implement a new Odoo v18 Accounting system, enabling the company to digitize its financial operations and establish a structured foundation for future ERP expansion.

The project focused on configuring a fully compliant chart of accounts tailored to UAE accounting standards, including VAT setup, journals, and reporting structure. Bank synchronization and automated reconciliation were configured to simplify daily accounting operations and provide real-time financial visibility.

Custom financial reports and dashboards were also introduced to support management in monitoring cash flow, expense control, and profitability per project. The implementation ensures that Alkhatib now maintains accurate, audit-ready records and can seamlessly expand to additional Odoo modules as their operational requirements grow.
