Aurore began her journey at Odoo 13 years ago as an Office Officer, where she collaborated closely with all departments—Accounting, HR, Sales, Consulting, and R&D. This role gave her a deep understanding of the company and its people. She later transitioned into a Business Analyst position, implementing Odoo solutions for clients both in Belgium and internationally.
At the time, customer support was more of a concept than an established function, so Aurore took on the challenge of creating, shaping and improving Odoo’s Customer Service. Through years of dedication and hard work, she now leads Odoo’s Worldwide Support, overseeing operations across 8 countries.
