This talk will provide a technical overview of how we extended Odoo’s base Payroll models and interface to meet the specific requirements of Switzerland. 
We’ll discuss the modifications and enhancements made to handle Swiss-specific elements such as wage types, insurance contributions, tax at source and integrated transmission with relevant authorities. I’ll also cover the technical challenges we faced and the solutions we implemented, particularly in preparation for the Swissdec certification.
