This presentation will focus on a set of addons for the 3D view of the locations of one or more warehouses.

If you store the coordinates and the sizes of the locations of your warehouse(s), it might be useful to see them in a three-dimensional, navigable manner. You can associate meaningful colored tags to locations, for example with a batch procedure that computes indexes for stock rotations, you can locate the products needed for a picking or a batch picking, you can find empty locations where products can be stored. The target audience for this talk is people interested in 3D representation of data. Key learnings are how to introduce a 3D view into Odoo and how to use location data to create an effective 3D view.

A first draft of this work was presented in 2017 by Davide Corio (https://www.odoo.com/it_IT/event/odoo-experience-2017-2017-10-02-2017-10-06-692/track/visualize-your-warehouse-locations-at-a-glance-back-to-a-3d-world-857) - We brought the code to Odoo 12, simplified something, and created four separate add-ons to improve the possibilities of customization and to take care of the possibility of having a multi warehouse environment.
