Since the inventory adjustments are available for user access permissions at the inventory app, if we want to get back to this restriction and only allow our inventory administrators follow this easy steps.  

1. Change access rights from Inventory / User group
2. Limit the physical inventory menu Inventory / Administrators group

You will nee the developer mode and administrator settings permissions.

1. Change access rights from Inventory / User group

• At the Settings application into the Users & Companies / Groups Menú
• Search for the Inventory / User Group
• Into the group go to the Access Rights Tab
• Look for the rule access.stock.change.product.qty at the Change product Quantity model 
• Change the Write and read Access to be FALSE

This will restrict the users to update the product quantity directly from the Product 

2. Limit the physical inventory menu Inventory / Administrator group

• At the Settings application into the Technical / User Interface / Menu items
• Look for the Physical Inventory menu
• At the Visibility tab add the Inventory / Administrator group

This will avoid the users to get into the physical Inventory menu at the Inventory app and perform product counts and apply them. 

And thats it, only the administrators can perform product updates.
