Integrating Odoo with external system

Question

We have our custom web application. We need to use Odoo as our ERP core application. We are planning to use API integration between Odoo and our custom web application. Is it possible in Odoo?

Yes it is possible and you can utilize odoo external api for connecting to odoo from external applications.
