André has been successfully implementing projects at Odoo for around 3 years. His diverse educational background includes studies in Computer Science, Communication Technologies, and Linguistics. This extensive knowledge, combined with his motivation to learn about various businesses, has enabled him to manage projects effectively in the quickstart team, before joining the Service Expertise Team, specializing in the services industry.

His favourite subjects within Odoo are linked to support through the use of Helpdesk strategies, as well as a good Livechat and Chatbot management, but he also enjoys working on project budgetting and profitability.


This talk aims to show the latest AI features of Odoo and the way in which they can help you during your daily tasks.
