ENCO is a Greek international road freight forwarder, formed by the consolidation of established carriers in the Greek transport market into a pan-European operation. The business runs scheduled lines across Eastern Europe, Southern Europe, Germany, and Benelux from headquarters in Sindos and a branch in Athens, handling around 15,000 loadings and 80,000 annual shipments across LTL, FTL, dangerous-goods, and cross-docking services. 

We delivered ENCO's road-freight operating platform on Odoo Enterprise across Sales, Purchase, Inventory, and Accounting, with a bespoke transport layer we authored on top to model the actual freight: consignments, sublots, cargo lines, trailers, depots, dangerous-goods classifications, vehicle types, and a pricing intelligence engine for spot offers and freight quotations. We integrated ENCO with European partners over the standard road-freight EDI messaging set, automated proof-of-delivery intake from FTP and SFTP folders with OCR and barcode matching back to pickings, and instrumented warehouse cross-docking on a custom barcode interface tuned to the hub workflow. CMR international waybills, AVIS notifications, loading orders, insurance orders, and bilingual spot offers print directly out of the same system. Greek tax and reporting run on our EXN Greek Localization and EXN AADE MyData modules, with road-transport-aware delivery notes wired into MyData. 

The result is a single operational system of record across collection, line-haul, hub processing, and on-board hand-over, with the documentation and partner exchanges that used to sit in spreadsheets and templates now flowing inside the same platform. We continue to extend the build alongside ENCO's growth on the European lines.
