The solution brings together vehicle sales, spare parts management, workshop operations, procurement, HR, and finance into a single connected system, eliminating the operational silos that typically exist between front-office sales and after-sales service functions.
Showroom operations are managed through Odoo's sales and CRM modules, enabling the team to track leads, manage customer relationships, process vehicle orders, and issue sales documentation from inquiry through to final handover. Spare parts inventory is controlled with real-time stock visibility, ensuring that parts availability is accurately reflected across procurement, service jobs, and over-the-counter sales at all times.
The service center is managed through a dedicated service module, where repair jobs and maintenance requests are logged, assigned to technicians, and tracked through to job completion and customer invoicing. Workshop scheduling ensures that vehicle intake, service execution, and delivery are coordinated efficiently, reducing turnaround times and improving the customer experience.
