The generated file is a PDF and I would like to modify the background when my users ask for a certificate. Where can I find the root file ? I do not have Odoo Studio.

In the developer mode you can modify the views below Settings > Technical > Views
certification_report_view
certification_report_view_modern
certification_report_view_classic
