I'm using version 16 of Odoo.sh and need to integrate WhatsApp Business into Odoo for a live chat on HelpDesk. I've found some apps in the store, but upon contacting the companies, they say they don't have integrated live chat and offer customization. Thanks if anyone can help.

You can try this app from the Odoo App Store to connect Odoo with WhatsApp:
