I have installed webkit for accounting and finance which enables me to create partner ledger on partner filter. Now i want to edit the format of the report using openoffice 3.3, that is in web format. Any idea?

Hello,
You can not do it via OpenOffice. Dedicated documentation (slides and code) available here:

If you want to edit webkit report then you can use gedit, geany or another html editor (dont use openoffice). If you want the same report in openoffice format then make new report with for Openoffice Report Designer: http://doc.openerp.com/v6.1/developer/05_reports.html#openoffice-org-reports
