We are using Odoo 19 Online (SaaS) and have an urgent requirement to generate an XML file for each posted journal entry. XML files for Peppol records are generated correctly, but we are looking for a solution for all other accounting journal entries as well.

Currently, journal entries are posted correctly in Accounting, but we cannot find any standard feature that automatically generates an XML representation of each entry.

Our questions are:

• Is there a standard Odoo 19 Online feature that can generate an XML file for every journal entry?

• Is there an existing app, connector, or localization available on Odoo Online that provides this functionality?

• Are there any accounting export formats that could be used as an alternative to generating individual XML files from Excel exports?

• What would be the recommended approach for this requirement while staying on Odoo Online (SaaS)?

Any recommendations, best practices, or similar experiences would be greatly appreciated.
