Odoo offers a wide range of planning tools—Calendar, Appointments, Bookings, Planning, Field Service (FSM), Projects, and more. Choosing the right app for a specific use case isn’t always straightforward.
In this session, we’ll walk through concrete service delivery scenarios—like heating system maintenance or cleaning rounds—and show how we identified and prioritized the needs, selected the appropriate apps, and configured Odoo using standard features to meet real operational challenges.
