S4A is an aeronautical engineering company that needed to optimize and digitize the different areas of their company, specifically the entire accounting and finance area. One of the most appropriate solutions for their business was Odoo, which allowed them a transversal management of all areas of the company. However, one of their main concerns was precisely the accounting area, so they needed a partner with specific knowledge of the Spanish accounting system and all its casuistry. Nanobytes, Odoo Gold Partner, became part of this triangle to provide all its know-how related to Odoo and the implementation of the specific module of adaptation to the Spanish accounting. Additionally, the idiosyncrasy of the company itself, had the need to perform various customizations through the Odoo Studio tool, which led to a huge potential to cover every operational need. Among other external developments to Odoo, a specific application was developed for digital signature by means of a PIN that had to be adapted to the security and operation conditions required by S4A and that could not be covered with Odoo's basic operation. The great challenge of this project lay in the need to adapt Odoo to a company in the aeronautical industry that has countless quality controls that mean that each development must be designed with great precision.
