Implemented Odoo Enterprise to manage two integrated business lines under one subscription:

1. Livestock Farm – Buying, feeding, and selling livestock (alive or slaughtered) to consumers and restaurants, with multi-barn cost tracking and automated feed cost allocation.

2. Supermarket – Selling fresh meat, processed products (burger, steak, minced meat), and groceries, with advanced inventory tracking for weight-based and unit-based sales.

Key Features & Customizations:

* Accounting & Cost Centers: IFRS-compliant reports, separate financial statements per business line, automated statements/invoices via WhatsApp & Email, delivery notes, validation workflows, early payment discounts, and custom dashboards.

* Inventory Management: Barn-specific costing, feed cost automation, livestock transfer with cost averaging, expiry & low stock alerts, barcode-based receiving, consumption factors for meat & poultry products, and POS-linked stock deduction.

* POS & Sales: Barn/category selection at sale, discount permissions, coupon system, loyalty points, scheduled orders, integrated payment terminals, and multi-branch sales reporting.

* Manufacturing: BOM-based costing, calorie calculation for processed food products.

* Purchasing & Expenses: Barcode-enabled PO creation and expense registration, with allocation to products or general costs.

* E-commerce: Integration with Salla online store.
