Solvve's Odoo consultants developed a strategy to gradually automate the company's operations, which involved creating a new structure to improve interdepartmental collaboration. This initiative introduced a comprehensive communication infrastructure, promoting effective vertical and horizontal communication across the organization.
A key step was replacing outdated tools, such as messengers and the Bitrix system, which minimized the company's reliance on telephone communication. The automation of customer requests was optimized through the implementation of Odoo’s Helpdesk system. Additionally, Odoo’s project management modules became the foundation for a new task management system, enabling efficient task decomposition and delegation at all levels of the hierarchy. The system was configured according to Autocolor’s operational and technical support requirements.
A CRM system was also launched to monitor the development of new potential customers. To maximize the benefits of Odoo ERP, a systematic approach to personnel training was developed and implemented, ensuring effective adoption of new processes and technologies.

Також було запущено CRM-систему для контролю за розвитком нових потенційних клієнтів. Крім того, для максимізації використання можливостей Odoo ERP було розроблено та впроваджено системний підхід до навчання персоналу, що забезпечило ефективне освоєння нових процесів і технологій.
