I need make this: 

I want to place two fields in the same row after a field within an ,
let's say for example, cost of transportation and to the right of it
the currency in which that cost was paid

Hi,

You can achieve it by using the oe_inline class in odoo.

Example:

<label for="field_1" string="Label"/>
<div name="test_div" class="o_row">
    <field name="field_1"/>
    <field name="field_2" class="oe_inline"/>
div>
