can i add the tiktok pixel code in to the Odoo website, like how you would do for the facebook pixel?
Dette spørgsmål er blevet anmeldt
Hello,
Yes, it is possible to add a TikTok Pixel to an Odoo website, similar to a Facebook Pixel.
You can typically do this by inserting the TikTok Pixel tracking code into your website's header or through custom website integrations, depending on your Odoo version. Once configured, it can track visitor activity and conversion events for your TikTok advertising campaigns.
Hope this works for you! If you need any help implementing this or want a more optimized approach, feel free to reach out for further discussion.

Hi Zehntech, thank you so much for your quick response. Just 2 more questions i have.
1. I have inserted the facebook pixel tacker code in the websites header. Can i insert the tiktok pixel tracker code below the facebook pixel tracker code?
2. Having the both pixels inserted via the website header, would this not give my website any issues etc?
my odoo version is 19

"Tiktok pixel" is not a question. A question is a substantial phrase that ends with "?"
We get close to 1,000 posts a month and not everyone will open a post to find out what your question is.
Please consider editing your post to (1) ask a Question that makes it clear what you want without requiring people to open your post and (2) adding Tags. This will often increase the chances people will respond and also make everything clearer for others who may come along later searching for the same thing.
Failing that, you can paste your post into an AI Chatbot and ask it to "please generate a question of no more than 16 words that summarizes what I am asking" and use that as your question.

Hello,
You're welcome.
Yes, in Odoo 19 you can add the TikTok Pixel code alongside the Facebook Pixel code in the website header. It is common practice to have multiple tracking pixels/scripts loaded from the same header section, provided each code snippet is implemented correctly according to the platform's instructions.
Generally, having both Facebook and TikTok Pixels installed will not cause issues with your website. Many businesses use multiple tracking platforms simultaneously for advertising and conversion tracking. The main considerations are ensuring there are no duplicate event configurations and monitoring page performance if a large number of third-party scripts are added.
After implementation, we recommend testing both pixels using their respective browser tools or event managers to confirm that page views and conversion events are being tracked correctly.
Hope this works for you! If you need any help implementing this or want a more optimized approach, feel free to reach out for further discussion.

Great! Thank you alot!.
I just was not sure if i was able to use both pixels at once. As i know on shopify they have plug in apps for each of these platforms.
If its not a problem please can you elaborate more when you say "The main considerations are ensuring there are no duplicate event configurations and monitoring page performance if a large number of third-party scripts are added."?
As i do not have any other apps or plugs activate on my Odoo. Apart from the standard apps that come within Odoo
Hello,
In your case, if you only have the standard Odoo 19 applications and are manually adding the Facebook Pixel and TikTok Pixel codes to the website header, there is generally very little risk of any conflict.
When I mentioned "duplicate event configurations," I was referring to situations where the same tracking event is sent multiple times to the same platform. For example, if a Purchase event is triggered twice for Facebook or twice for TikTok, the advertising platform may report inaccurate conversion data. This usually becomes a concern when multiple integrations, plugins, tag managers, or custom scripts are installed simultaneously.
Since you are not using additional marketing plugins or third-party tracking apps, this is much less likely to be an issue.
Regarding website performance, both Facebook and TikTok Pixels are designed to load asynchronously, meaning they typically do not block page loading. Having just these two pixels installed is very common for eCommerce websites and should not noticeably impact performance. Performance concerns usually arise when many third-party scripts, chat widgets, analytics tools, and marketing applications are added over time.
Based on what you have described, running both the Facebook Pixel and TikTok Pixel together on your Odoo 19 website should be perfectly acceptable and is a common setup for businesses advertising on both platforms.
Hope this works for you! If you need any help implementing this or want a more optimized approach, feel free to reach out for further discussion.
