I am currently using Odoo Online version 17 and need to connect my Odoo Online database to Navicat for database management. Is it possible to connect the Odoo Online database with it or any other database management system?

Hi,
Depending on your use case, you can connect to external application from odoo using the webhook's or you can connect to odoo from external application using odoo xmlrpc.
