I am creating a custom chatter widget, but getting error Missing template: "CustomChatter". Below picture shows, how I am adding xml and js file in manifest.

Sadly it's almots impossible to help you on this with so few information.
Please provide more parts of your code especially the files that are supposed to contain the CustomChatter
