Implemented a unified Odoo ERP and website solution for SHAPES to digitize operations across Finance, HR, Sales, Procurement, Inventory, POS, and Member Management. All core operations were unified in one system, and the website improved online presence, supported member sign-ups, and enabled easier access to services.
