Intergraphics is one of Greece's preeminent education groups in Applied Arts and Computer Science, founded in 1990 and continuously broadening its specialty programmes to match the professions its graduates are entering. A vocational education operation of this scale runs on a high-volume admissions funnel and an inbound communications surface where prospective students reach out by phone first and across web and digital channels alongside, all of which has to land cleanly against the right prospect record and the right programme.
As Intergraphics's Odoo integrating partner, we deployed Odoo across CRM, Sales, Purchase, Project, Marketing, and Helpdesk, with the engagement built around CRM tightly integrated to a 3CX contact centre through our EXN PBX integration. Every inbound and outbound call lands against the right prospect record inside Odoo CRM, with call metadata, recordings, and outcomes attached to the same lead the admissions team is qualifying.
The result is an education group whose admissions pipeline and telephony surface operate as a single tool rather than two parallel systems that have to be reconciled, with the rest of the Odoo footprint, marketing automation, academic project tracking, and student support, sitting on the same record set.
