Comoo's complex, service-based fleet management model could not be supported by standard Odoo. They lacked a structured way to manage service requests from a customer portal, track vehicle movements for services like temporary cars, and handle exceptions like no-shows. Their invoicing and contact management also required deep customization.
Our solutions
For Comoo's digital transformation, we implemented a centralized Odoo platform to automate their workflows and enhance visibility. Our solution combined out-of-the-box Odoo modules with custom developments, including a customer portal and an integration for digital vehicle inspections.
