After stretching their existing systems as far as they could, the management team looked for a new end-to-end solution as a platform to grow their business.After much consideration, and overcoming the fact that they had never heard of Odoo, Calibrate visited The Tan Delta team in Sheffield, for a Discovery session and then a demo, followed by several reference calls to existing clients. MSG Automotive Solutions Ltd trading as VisionTrack, offers an industry-leading IoT platform that utilises computer vision to collect, process and analyse real-time video and data based on a range of parameters. They realised to continue to grow their business they needed to utilise business software that reflected their processes. They chose to work with Sapentia after a deep dive discovery session at their premises where it was determined they required CRM, inventory management and sales and pipeline modules developed to reflect their way of working. They now use their bespoke Odoo system to successfully manage and grow the business and are now partnered with Sapentia to keep evolving the system to suit their growing needs.
