Currency does not appear because products don't have a currency field. Currency comes from the company or pricelist .

Ignore the Currency column, or import prices via Pricelists for multi-currency.

Last updated on does not appear because it's a system field ( write_date ) and cannot be imported or edited.

Last updated on is set automatically by Odoo (you can't map it).
