i can't install "odoo14-addon-openupgrade-scripts" this package. i will getting package conflict issue while installing.

You can use the following commands to install odoo14-addon-openupgrade-scripts
pip install odoo14-addon-openupgrade-scripts
or
pip3 install odoo14-addon-openupgrade-scripts
