Hi everyone,

I’m currently setting up a fresh Odoo 19.0 Enterprise instance (One App Free) for a Belgian accounting firm. I am facing an issue with the Payment Follow-up (account_followup) module.

I have my follow-up levels correctly set up, but I am unable to find the options to calculate Late Fees or Interest Rates.

Here is what I have checked so far:

1. Accounting Settings: Searched for "Late Fees", "Penalties", or "Interest" in Accounting > Configuration > Settings. Nothing appears even with the search bar.

2. User Rights: I am an Administrator with "Show Full Accounting Features" enabled.

3. Developer Mode: I checked the model account_followup.followup.line via Technical > Database > Models. To my surprise, fields like interest_rate or fixed_amount are missing from the model fields list.

4. Module Update: I have updated the account_followup module, but the fields/options are still not visible.

My questions:

• Has this feature been moved to a separate sub-module in V19?

• Is there a new dependency or a "legal" module (like Belgian Localization) that might be hiding/disabling these fields in the newest version?

• Is this a known change in the V19 architecture for the "One App Free" tier?

Any help or lead would be greatly appreciated as I need to automate these penalties for our Belgian CGV compliance.
