I am seeking assistance with the below two queries:

- How do I personalise an email - they reference 'dynamic' data in the video I watched but cannot find this when editing my email template as a drag and drop or insert option [Please confirm where I can find this?]

- I have heard you cant send to more than 200 emails via my Odoo database, please advise as our database is 1200? [Please confirm what the solution is to sending to 1200?]
