Florian has worked on many large-scale projects in the Technical Consulting team at Odoo for the past two years, including Tour&Taxi, Wallonie Entreprendre (formerly SRIW), and others.
In 2023, he and his colleague Emanuele had the idea to rethink the way partners are trained in technical subjects.
Emanuele is a Technical Consultant and Team Leader at Odoo, where he has been working since 2020. He has extensive experience in working on projects for big clients (SRIW, Keyrus and others), and he has also provided technical trainings to partners in the last year. In 2023, he and his colleague Florian had the idea to rethink the way partners are trained in technical subjects.
For years, we offered technical training to our partners with no clear structure or guidelines. This led to a fragmented and inconsistent experience for our partners, and it made it difficult for them to get the most out of our training. To address this, we have completely redesigned our technical training program. We now offer a modular experience, which allows partners to pick and choose the training that is most relevant to their needs. Our training is also available online, with videos and demos that make it easy for partners to learn at their own pace.
