Due to using multiple systems that did not talk to each other, Nightsearcher were struggling with

obtaining real-time data with which to make key business decisions. Additionally, their

accounting system – Sage 50 – was only available when on-site at their headquarters.

Inventory management was difficult due to lack of visibility, and disjointed data meant it was

time consuming to assess the current value of stock in their global warehouses, and that which

was in transit.

Sixo Systems worked with Nightsearcher to review their existing business processes and

implement Odoo’s Sales, Inventory and Accounting apps to enable real-time stock visibility and

reporting from any device anywhere in the world. Full integration with Shopify for B2C sales

ensures sales figures and stock quantities are always accurate too.

By using Odoo’s Manufacturing app they now have MRP capability with BoMs linked directly to

their live inventory, making assembly a breeze, and enabling the management team to see

exactly what is happening on the production line.

We are continuing to work with Nightsearcher to implement improved Marketing processes to

help them grow their business further.
