Operating in the palm oil industry in Riau, MMJ required a robust digital platform capable of supporting end-to-end plantation and mill operations amid the fast-changing dynamics of the industry. To meet this need, MMJ selected Odoo for its flexible architecture and user-friendly interface enabling the system to adapt smoothly to evolving operational requirements. Through collaboration with HIT Digital Indonesia, Odoo Version 18 was fully customized to cover Accounting, Invoicing, Inventory, Purchasing, Sales, Maintenance, Plantation, and Mills. The system was further integrated with HDI’s custom palm oil application, Elektronik Buku Kerja Mandor (E-BKM), ensuring real-time capture of field production data. This end-to-end integration now delivers real-time visibility, higher data accuracy, and stronger operational control across both plantation and mill operations.
