ESAVS provides continuing veterinary education to over 19,000 students across 20 countries, partnering with more than 500 schools. Previously, course registrations, billing, and multi-session events were managed via Excel and Lexware, requiring extensive manual reconciliation.

With Odoo, ESAVS now centralizes course management, registrations, split payments, events, and academic tracking in a single integrated system, while automating multi-company accounting and bank reconciliation. Integrations with WordPress, Moodle, and eCampus streamline e-learning and registration processes, improving administrative and educational workflows.

Result: smoother operations, precise academic tracking, and an administrative team freed from repetitive tasks, with plans to expand Odoo to Asia in 2026.
