I am struggling to find what I need. I watched the tutorials, but still.
Is there a way to create a product, to sell per sq.meter? Where I can find some Measurement settings?

Yes you can sell any products in square meter. For this you need to enable unit of measure from settings and make a new unit of measure named sq. feet. If you don't know how you can check unit of measure videos
