Spread Sheet Total Figure Issue

Dear All,
For inventory valuation, we have a large dataset. To manage the required information, we switched to pivot view and inserted the data into a spreadsheet. Currently, we are using spreadsheets saved under documents. However, we have noticed some discrepancies in the totals.
Odoo is providing one total value, but when we use the Sum formula for the same column, the totals do not match.
Turn on Debug
Go to Inventory -->Reporting-->Valuation
Group By “Product”

Insert to Spreadsheet

Hi,
If you're having trouble summing amounts in your downloaded Excel file, it might be because some cells in the amount column are formatted as text instead of numbers. To fix this, follow these steps:

1.
Select all the cells in the amount column.

2.
*Change the format to "Number"* (you can usually find this option by right-clicking on the selected cells and choosing "Format Cells").

3.
*Now you can use the SUM function* to calculate the total amount!
