Is there a way to start from a “basket” of items instead of manually entering all individual items when creating a Purchase Order?  Perhaps like a Bill of Materials for purchasing, or a saved shopping cart list?

Hello,

I'm not sure on Odoo11, but on Odoo 14 you can easily duplicate an existing PO or SO by clicking on the actions button.

Hope it will be helpful in your case.
