Hi,

We've been having issues with some reservations not going away after producing a MO.

This ends up leaving us with lots of components that are empty, but still tracked in inventory since they have an active reservation on them.

When going over the move history, all moves are done, but the sum of outgoing moves is greater than the original quantity of item in the lot.

In the MO, everything seems correct: the correct quantity was produced and consumed, all move lines have a lot number and the correct quantity and the "Consumed" checkmark is ticked.

Anyone has faced this issue before and knows a fix?

You could cross check the reservations on the products’ forecast report.

Any reservations would be available and also be able to validate if indeed more qty was consumed than available.

I've tried removing all reservations from the forecast report without any success, those same lots continues having a negative forecasted quantity
