Any other providers of VOIP in Australia that integrate with odoo? This list is what we have so far, so it is not exhaustive. Please comment if you have found any more.

1. DIDWW

Integration type: Native Odoo integration

Useful links: Odoo Documentation, DIDWW Website

Odoo configuration: Managed within the VoIP / Phone settings in Odoo.

Pricing: Pricing varies by number type, country, and usage. It is recommended to contact DIDWW on their website directly for accurate pricing.


2. Ringover

Integration type: Native Odoo integration

Odoo configuration: Settings are located under the CRM application in Odoo.

Pricing: Approximately $44 per user/month. 


3. Axivox

Integration type: Native Odoo integration

Odoo configuration: Settings are managed under the Phone application in Odoo.


4. Aircall

Integration type: Third-party integration only

Requirements: Must be hosted on Odoo.sh, requires a third-party integration module, and incurs ongoing Lines of Code (LOC) maintenance costs estimated at approximately $5,000 per year.

SMS is having problems in Australia because of legal changes from the government. Might affect the above.

Hi,

1. Twilio (Elastic SIP Trunking)
Integration type: Alternate provider (SIP-over-websocket via middleware)
Notes: Twilio provides Australian DID numbers and has strong local infrastructure. Direct websocket SIP support requires configuration via a middleware layer (e.g. FreeSWITCH or Asterisk as a SIP proxy) since Twilio's SIP trunks don't natively expose a websocket endpoint. A popular pattern in the community.
Pricing: Pay-as-you-go, approximately AUD $1.50–2.00/month per DID + per-minute rates.

2. MyNetFone / Symbio Networks
Integration type: Alternate provider (SIP trunk)
Notes: Symbio Networks, previously known as MNF Group, operates the MyNetFone brand and provides SIP trunking services with a focus on VoIP and cloud communications. 3SIP Services Australian-owned, strong NBN coverage. Requires a SIP-to-websocket bridge (e.g. Asterisk/FreePBX) to connect to Odoo natively, or use via a softphone like Zoiper.
Pricing: Competitive Australian rates, DID numbers available nationally.

3. Vonage (now part of Ericsson)
Integration type: Alternate provider (SIP + API)
Notes: Vonage provides cloud-based SIP trunking services with global reach and a strong presence in Australia, offering various communication APIs in addition to SIP trunking. 3SIP Services: Their Communications API can be used to build a more custom Odoo integration if WebSocket SIP is needed.
