Odoo 17: Mail Server Error — SMTPAuthenticationError when sending automated emails

Hi community,
I’m experiencing an issue with sending emails in Odoo 17. Whenever Odoo tries to send automated emails (like invoices or notifications), the sending fails and I see this server error in the logs:
smtplib.SMTPAuthenticationError: (535, b'5.7.8 Authentication failed')

*Odoo 17 SMTP Authentication Error Fix:
*1. *For Gmail:* Generate an *App Password *(Google Account → Security → App Passwords) - regular passwords won't work 2. *SMTP Settings: (Settings → Technical → Outgoing Mail Servers):  *Use smtp.gmail.com [1] , port 465 (SSL/TLS), full email as username 3. *Password:* Paste the 16-character App Password, not your regular Gmail password 4.* Test:* Click "Test Connection" in Odoo to verify before sending automated
