When I create a product normally without import you can usually check when the product was created and by whom.

For example: Note by User: Product Template created, 1hour ago.

If I use the import function to import products this information won't be displayed.  I tested it in odoo13 too and had the same result.

Am I doing the Import wrong or is this normal behaviour?

Hi,

Log will be created when user create a record. If we import the records log will not be created. This is the normal behaviour in odoo.
