Hi! 
I would like to import Sales Data from some previous years to have a better view of the status of the sales. 
(Lets assume I have these sales files as excel files) 
To better be able to see the trends of different products etc. 
How can this be done in Odoo?

You can do that by importing past sales orders and invoices.
